We like to work alongside the best therapists and therefore we charge a non-refundable booking fee of £20, which is payable on confirmation of the booking as an admin charge.
Full payment of the total value of the booking is also due when your booking is confirmed.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:-
More than 1 month before the date of our visit = 100% refundable
1 month to one week before the date of our visit = 50% refundable
Less than 1 week before the date of our booking - non refundable
In the event cancellation is due to unavoidable local or national COVID restrictions then payment will be fully refundable.
